PREAMBLE

Ordering products presented in the catalogue of this website is subject to acceptance by the buyer, and implies acceptance without reservation by the latter, of all of the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions are binding on the buyer regardless of specific clauses added by him - without the express agreement of the seller - and without regard for advertising documents issued by the website owner. Acceptance of the purchaser is materialized by his electronic signature, concretized by the "click of validation". This electronic signature handwritten signature value between the parties. This approach is equivalent to the buyer to acknowledge that he has read and understood and approved by all the conditions listed below. Except as specifically provided in these general conditions of sale, the order signed electronically by the purchaser, through the "approval click" constitutes a full order, and cannot be retracted. Under these conditions, we invite customers who have logged on the electronic catalogue of remote sale to carefully read the terms and conditions below before proceeding with any effective control products on this catalogue. Article 1: PURPOSE

These general conditions of sale are intended to clarify the rights and obligations of the buyer in respect of products sold by the Company Armorial Heritage Print – 49 Grosvenor Street – W1K 3HP LONDON in the catalogue, as part of a sales system from a distance. The contract drawn up in case of actual control in the framework and under the conditions set out in these terms and conditions, falls under the regulation of distance selling, as contained in particular of the Consumer Code and special provisions referred to below. In all cases, the photographs of presentation of the products offered in the catalogue and the color palette is not contractual and cannot engage the seller's responsibility of the buyer.

 

Article 2: CONFIRMING THE ORDER

The order is materialized, as part of the electronic catalogue, with "approval click" of all the information that must be completed by the buyer: Name, delivery address, email and telephone number. The order placed by the buyer is subject to written confirmation by email from the seller. This confirmation includes: product description, quantity ordered, price and delivery terms. Any order is considered after accepting payment.

 

Article 3: BILLING

PRICE : Our prices are set and paid in euros . Rates are published by default TTC (all taxes included), on the French and English versions and include respectively French and English VAT and excluding shipping costs in both versions.

VAT (Value Added Tax): English VAT of 20% is automatically added to the price of items.

WITHOUT TAXES : The merchandise is shipped duty outside the member countries of the European Union, in the overseas territories and the territorial communities (Mayotte, Saint Pierre and Miquelon and New Caledonia). The buyer will also check for the recipient country's import policy and unconditionally accept to pay any additional fees (customs duties and other import taxes required under the legislation of the country of delivery).

SHIPPING : Shipping costs will be added depending on the option chosen by the customer online.

SALES RESTRICTIONS: The seller reserves the right to refuse to honour an order for one or more of the following reasons:
- Delivery address in the box or post office box, general delivery in
- Recipient countries to political risks (in civil conflict and / or military)
and more generally, for any other reason which may incur financial or legal liability of the seller.

 

Article 4: PAYMENT

The buyer must be paid by one of the ways offered on the site full payment of the order. Any order is valid until receipt of full payment. The buyer guarantees the seller, during the validation of his order, he is in regular situation with respect to the issuer of the payment card.

 

Article 5: DELIVERY

The ordered product is delivered by a carrier to the address on the order of the buyer. Article 6: RETURN AND REFUND

Any non-professional consumer has a right of withdrawal. The use of the right of withdrawal must be reported in advance through the corresponding section on the website.

The right of withdrawal is without penalty. If use of this right by the Customer, the Product must be returned to Armorial within 14 (fourteen) days (beginning on the date of receipt of the Products). Beyond this period of fourteen (14) days, the sale is firm and final. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unused. To make a return, the customer must follow the steps in the corresponding section on the website.

The refund shall be subjected to Armorial could recover the products originally delivered. Unless otherwise agreed by the Customer, Armorial the reimbursement using the same means of payment as one that has been used for the transaction.

The return of products is at the customer's expense if the place of delivery is outside France and is at its risk. The return of products is free if the place of delivery is in France.

The non-compliance by the Customer of these Terms, Armorial will not make the refund of products concerned. In all cases, the return costs are borne by Armorial if the Product delivered to Customer is different from the product ordered or if it is delivered damaged.

 

Article 7: PERSONAL INFORMATION

In absence of express opposition default from the purchaser, he (the purchaser) consents to the use of personal data collected under its control, under the customer file of the seller, and the dissemination of these data to third parties, provided that a contractual relationship unites the seller to such third parties.

 

Article 8: APPLICABLE LAW

These conditions are governed by the laws of England.

 

Article 9: SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

In case of dispute, the customer should first contact the seller to arrange an amicable solution. A defeated an amicable agreement, and regardless of the country of destination of the sale, the dispute shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

As such and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private use subject to different rules even more restrictive code of intellectual property. Products sold in special offers and promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.
