Does Armorial Bespoke Service apply to every product?

Every item from correspondence cards, business cards, notebooks and many others can be personalised with a different range of options colour, size, shape, motifs or wide variety of other options.

As we want you to get the very best of what bespoke stationery and leather goods has to offer we only provide this service after a consultation in our stores and not directly on our website. We recommend that you contact us directly.

Can I use my own design on an Armorial Product?

Bespoke is the heart of Armorial Heritage and we will be more than happy to include your designs on our range of products. Please do take in consideration that personal artworks will need to be approved by Armorial Team. Sometimes the colour, the size or some details would need to be amended to provide you with only the very best. For this occasion please contact directly an Armorial Team Member to help you in the process.

How long does it take to have a personalised item?

The time for bespoke products is likely to be different for most products, we would encourage you to contact us directly to have a quote or even better book an appointment for a personalised consultation with one of us experts.

Delivery & Returns

When can I expect to receive my order?

The time of delivery will change depending on the delivery option that you choose at the time of the booking. Please make sure to choose the option that suits you the best.

How much does delivery cost?

The price of delivery will depend on your delivery option, you’ll be able to choose it the time of the booking.

My order is a gift. What should I do?

In that case please do make sure to “tick the box” when you’re making your order. The products will arrive gift-wrapped with grosgrain ribbon.

I want to return my product. What should I do?

If you’d like to send back your product you have 14 days to do so. In order to do it you should go to your account in the section “my returns”. At the end of the online process you’ll then have 14 days to send back the product. The product will need to be sent back in perfect condition along with the original documentation and packaging.

Will there be Customs or Duties charges?
